Kasa South Side Pittsburgh

My wife and I were visiting our son for the weekend in South Side. The facility was within walking distance to his residence. Overall the experience was great. I will say the directions for parking and getting into the building were a little confusing but once you were there it all made sense. We will definitely be visiting Kasa South Side Pittsburgh again.

This apartment is lovely and very well located in sunny Southside. If you are parents of a kid at Pitt, especially if they live in Oakland, you’ll be 8 minutes away in this Kasa. Plus there are a sauna, pool, and gym included. We will be back!

Had a great night here for new years eve. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Workout room, pool and even hot tub was nice and clean.great area..next to cheesecake factory which was a plus will definitely be going back.

These are cute and roomy studio lodgings suitable for short or long stays. The club house would be a good place to host friends - pool table and ample sitting and TV. I found the pool and hot tub closed for maintenance and since that was one of the reasons I chose the property, I was very disappointed and refunded $50 after speaking with mgmt. Most communication is by text or calls unless you find the staff in the office during regular office hours. The room was at a very low humidity setting so I was feeling dehydrated the whole stay. No way to control a different heat setting for day and night comfort so the staff set it to where I asked - better to stand the cold during the day and have a good night's rest. Parking is reasonable, but a reduced rate since the garage is attached to the property would make for better service. Overall, a solid 4 star rating.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kasa SouthSide in Pittsburgh!! The location was fantastic! We could walk to all of the fun restaurants and coffee bars, and Carnegie Mellon was just a short drive away. The apartment was equipped with everything you need- hotel quality plush towels, towels to bring to the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The property is very quiet. The gym is fantastic, and the indoor pool was nice and warm. Communications with the Kasa team were clear and extremely timely. I cannot think of anything that would’ve made our stay better!! We definitely will be staying here again!!

This is my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at in PGH! The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Everyone on our floor was quiet so we didn’t have any noise issues, but even if we did our room included thoughtful details like a white noise machine and a pair of good quality ear plugs. The pool and hot tub are my favorite amenities! We didn’t have any issues accessing the building or our room, the instructions were clear & concise. The only con was that the elevator in the parking garage was broken, which made for very chilly walks from the car to the hotel in the cold Pittsburgh winter!

We had a wonderful weekend in the Southside of Pittsburgh. The apartment was right by the water, so we had a lovely view. It was clean (other than an easily replaceable shower liner). The location is just perfect. You can walk to great stores and restaurants. So much to do in this area! The building itself was beautiful- nice gym and pool area. Can't wait to come back in warmer weather because the courtyard area looked amazing.

I recently had a horrible experience with another Airbnb rental that almost ruined my vacation. Thankfully, I found Kasa South Side in Pittsburgh, and they truly came to my rescue! I am so grateful they saved my trip. And, I was having a panic attack because I was afraid Kasa would have no availability. Nina from the reservations team put me at ease!! It’s clear that Kasa takes the guest experience very seriously. When I spoke with Chuck and Aaron from the senior guest experience team, they made me feel comfortable and listened to my thoughts, which helped make my stay even better and will definitely benefit future guests. Kasa also has some of the best check-in processes I’ve ever seen, and for once, I actually felt safe staying in a vacation apartment rental. Honestly, I think Kasa is better than the major hotel chains like Marriott and Hilton! I would highly recommend all of Kasa’s properties, especially Kasa South Side. They truly care about the guest which is rare!! When you stay at a Kasa, it feels like home, and I hope Kasa is ready to have me back on all my vacations as Kasa will be my first choice!!
